Q&A Session
In this free session, you’ll see a practical demonstration of how Scilife’s Equipment Management software allows you to ensure inspection readiness by creating recurring maintenance and calibration tasks and assigning them to the right person. Also, you will learn how to link these maintenance processes with other key quality elements such as non-conformities, deviations, CAPAs, and Audits.
Can I print a report or a label with the information on the maintenance performed?
Yes, you can. You can access the download button on the equipment's listing page and generate a preconfigured equipment maintenance label. Additionally, you can create custom reports or labels by setting up a document in the document control section and using the variables found in the equipment module settings to upload a template. The generated label contains all the equipment information, as well as the details of the last and next scheduled maintenance. Overall, you can easily and efficiently manage your equipment maintenance and generate reports or labels for their records.
Currently, my company has set up just one equipment type as equipment for traceability reasons. Would you recommend creating all the different types of equipment that we have?
Yes, it is recommended to create different types of equipment for easier organization and traceability purposes. Having different types of equipment would make it easier to organize equipment and maintain proper records. Therefore, it is preferable to create different equipment types rather than using a single equipment type for all equipment in the company.
Is it possible to extract a list of all maintenance and collaboration tasks on the equipment level using the software?
Yes, there are two options to extract a list of equipment maintenance. Firstly, you can export a list of maintenance tasks directly from within the equipment itself. Secondly, you can access the equipment listing page and click on "export equipment maintenance" to get a full list of all maintenance tasks in an Excel format for all your equipment.
Moreover, there’s the option of creating a report in PDF format that can be shared with external stakeholders. This report can be customized using variables to include all the maintenance tasks carried out for the equipment and can be a useful way to provide information to stakeholders without sharing an Excel file.
Should the supply management module be available in the test environment?
If it isn't, we can definitely enable it for you. If any attendees of today's event don't have it available in their test environment and would like us to enable it, they can send a request through the help button within Scilife and ask us to please enable supply management for them in their test environment.
