In this free session, we explore how to track and analyze your KPIs to detect trends and take a preventive approach to avoid deviations and recalls. We will also review the integration of the KPI solution with the training and CAPA solutions.
Is there any possibility of locating overdue training on the document level in the new KPI module?
There isn’t. You can see the number of overdue training on the training level by clicking on the details on that training. Here, you can check which documents have been impacted, but you cannot filter per se and detect the documents from within the KPI solution itself.
However, in the Documents tab, you can see the number of overdue documents that require users to take action. Concerning training, you can see a list of overdue training. You can then click on a specific training and see which documents included are late.
Can the "all overdue items" tab be filtered by group?
It cannot be filtered by groups because you can only see the data of the groups that you belong to. So, a user can’t access the KPI tool and then see data from within their entire production environment. We can add this functionality in the next releases.
Is there any possibility of getting a training requirements overview and seeing who already did/didn't do what training?
You can see who already did/didn't do each training by going to the training detail page.
Can the new Training KPIs solution differentiate user functions and trainees?
You can filter by the training and the trainee user functions. You simply click at the top of the page, click on the filters, apply the user function filter, and then you will be able to see those specific trainings.
Additionally, you can also use tags, for your specific department, and then you can even filter on the tag for your department and filter on those users that have a specific user function.
Are the filters updated automatically, or do we have to do it manually sometimes?
The filters are updated automatically every night (as with all the data displayed in KPI 3.0). If data changes during the day, it must be manually refreshed using the button at the bottom of each tab.
Is the due date itself still considered as overdue?
It depends on the module. Events, CAPAs, and Change Requests modules will be highlighted in red on the day that you are supposed to have them closed. This is a way to highlight tasks that will soon become overdue, helping to prevent them from occurring. On the other hand, training will only be highlighted in red the day after its due date.
Can the exportable Excel from the Training module be made more workable?
In the upcoming release of Training 3.1.0, you will see some improvements to the Training reports that you can generate.
When will KPI 3.0.0 arrive in the Production environment?
It should arrive in the production environment in Q1 2024.
