What would your job be like at Scilife?

The bulk of the role will involve employee orientation, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution, but there is a great opportunity for developing and refining systems. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce. While you will oversee HR operations across the Europe region, there will be a particular focus on managing our team in Spain.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

    • Manage the hiring pipeline.
    • Guide employees through the onboarding process and training.
    • Ensure the well-being and productivity of the entire team.
    • Organise monthly, quarterly global team-building meetings in Europe.
    • Manage operational tasks (ie: hardware inventory, birthdays, work anniversaries etc.)
    • Ensure proper employee documentation throughout the company (contracts, forms, etc.)
    • Manage the termination and exit process of employees.
    • Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
    • Develop training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities.
    • Coordinate with different payroll consultants in different countries like Spain, Belgium and Netherlands.
    • Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.
    • Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state and local regulation.
    • Ensure the global team management in coordination with the India HR team.

 

Qualifications:

 

    • Strong English language skills.
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
    • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
    • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
    • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
    • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills 
    • Attention to detail and good judgement
