Revenue Operations Manager!


Scilife is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager in EMEA (remote) to play a key role in driving our growth initiatives. This position is perfect for a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker who can align sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize our revenue streams. The RevOps Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the systems, processes, and data that fuel our revenue strategy.

As the Revenue Operations Manager at Scilife, you’ll be at the forefront of aligning our sales, marketing, and customer success efforts to drive impactful revenue growth. You'll have the chance to develop and implement strategic processes, optimize tools like HubSpot CRM, and ensure our teams are equipped with the insights and support needed to succeed. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll play a key part in shaping Scilife’s success story, working in a remote, innovative, and purpose-driven environment focused on empowering life sciences organizations to deliver life-saving products to the market efficiently

 

Your responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement RevOps strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
    • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within current sales, marketing, and customer success workflows and execute improvements to streamline operations.
    • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and provide valuable insights through in-depth analysis of key metrics across the revenue lifecycle.
    • Systems Management: Oversee and optimize HubSpot CRM and other sales/marketing/customer success tools to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of revenue-generating activities.
    • Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics and provide updates to senior leadership.
    • Forecasting: Contribute to revenue forecasting and budgeting efforts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to team members on RevOps best practices and tools.



What you will need:

 

Qualifications:

    • Experience: ~5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment in companies over 10m ARR.
    • Based in Europe, but fully Remote.

 

Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub (certified would be preferred).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
    • Ability to manage large datasets and Excel/Sheets.
    • Super organised and process oriented.
    • Basic understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDICC) and key sales metrics.
    • Experience in sales and renewals forecasting and pipeline analysis.
