ANTWERP, BELGIUM, Sep 02, 2024— Scilife announced today that Sebastien Sepierre has been appointed as the new CEO of the company. An experienced business leader, Sepierre will succeed Filip Heitbrink and assume responsibilities immediately. Filip will continue to serve as a member of Scilife's Board of Directors.
Sebastien Sepierre brings over 20 years of experience in the software as a service (SaaS) industry. He previously served as the Managing Director for Fourth, a workforce management software company where he joined in 2017 as Vice President of Operations and has been a key member of the leadership team.

During his tenure at Fourth, Sepierre demonstrated exceptional leadership and contributed significantly to the company's success in the EMEA region. His expertise in local markets and operational management has been instrumental in driving growth and improving customer satisfaction. Additionally, he spent over five years at IBM, where he held various leadership positions, including Head of Client Services and Implementation and Director of Implementation for the EMEA region.

Since its founding in 2017, Scilife has expanded to serve over 200 customers worldwide, evolving into a 100% remote company with more than 70 employees across the globe—a testament to Heitbrink's leadership excellence.
