In addition being the HR Manager for Europe, Paola is currently completing a second bachelor’s degree in Law and loves exploring topics that expand her perspective. A fan of art, fashion, and culture, Paola loves spending her free time visiting museums, attending concerts, reading books and diving into creative pursuits like pottery and painting classes.
With eight years in HR, Paola discovered her calling at a tech start-up, where she embraced the fast-paced, ever-changing environment and the joy of building meaningful connections. Since then, she’s thrived in dynamic roles, moving from recruitment into operational and compliance areas—making her the ideal person to support Scilife’s growth and foster an engaged, collaborative workplace.
