Sebastien’s all about action! He believes there are two kinds of people: those who complain about problems and those who roll up their sleeves and make things better. He focuses on what he can control and doesn’t waste energy on what he can’t. That’s how he drives real change and inspires others to do the same.
When he's not leading strategic initiatives, Sebastien is an avid sports enthusiast. His days are filled with tennis, padel, and golf, while his three dogs keep him active with daily walks. Sebastien also enjoys cycling with friends and hitting the gym.
With a career spanning more than 20 years in SaaS, Sebastien has worked in both small businesses and large enterprises. His professional journey began in Operations, evolving from a project manager to leading entire Operations teams. Before joining Scilife, Sebastien led the EMEA Business at Fourth, where he held full P&L responsibility and reported directly to Fourth’s CEO.
As an expert in scaling business through growth, Sebastien is all set to use his expertise to take Scilife to new heights! He’s passionate about growing the company while keeping our unique culture intact and staying true to what makes being a Scilifer special.
